First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva's birthday

Mehriban Arif Aliyeva – was born on 26 August, 1964 in Baku.
In 1981, she graduated from Baku secondary school No. 23 with a gold medal and entered the treatment and prevention faculty of the Azerbaijan State Medical Institute named after Nariman Narimanov.
In 1988, she graduated from the First Moscow State Medical Institute named after I.M. Sechenov with honors.
In 1995, she founded the Azerbaijan Cultural Foundation and is currently its head.
In 1996, she founded the "Azerbaijan - Heritage" magazine, published in three languages ​​(Azerbaijani, English and Russian) with the aim of widely promoting Azerbaijani culture.
In October 2002, she was elected president of the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation.
Since 2004, he has been heading the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, established to study the rich political heritage of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev and promote the ideas of national statehood.
In August 2004, he was awarded the title of UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for his services in the preservation and development of the Azerbaijani oral folk literature and national musical heritage. 
In December 2004, he was elected a member of the NOC Executive Committee at the IV General Assembly of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since 2004, he has been a member of the Political Council of the New Azerbaijan Party, since 2013 he has been the Deputy Chairman of the Party, and since 2021 he has been the First Deputy Chairman of the Party.
In 2005, he received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy.
In 2005, 2010 and 2015, he was elected a deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan of the third, fourth and fifth convocations.
In November 2006, he was awarded the title of ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador for his extensive activities in the humanitarian field, including the development of inter-civilizational and intercultural dialogue, the promotion of Islamic cultural heritage, and great support in solving the problems of children in need of care.
In June 2016, he was elected a member of the Coordination Council of World Azerbaijanis at the IV Congress of World Azerbaijanis held in Baku.
On 21 February, 2017, he was appointed First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In this regard, on 6 March, 2017, his powers as a deputy (member) of the National Assembly (Milli Majlis) of the Republic of Azerbaijan were terminated.
